Microsoft Word Clients

The RPAS Cloud Word Client is an application that installs and runs locally from the client’s premises. For security purposes, it is the only application that can submit documents to the RPAS Platform, and it does so by encrypting documents first using in-premise stored encryption keys, and then transmits documents over Amazon Web Service’s secure transport layer.

Using the Microsoft Word Client, authors or reviewers can do the following:

Initiate a Research Report

Create a report and populate it with data, e.g. Author information, Headline, Product Type title, Report Date, Performance Summary tables, Earnings Data boxes, Disclosures, etc.

Tag your Report with additional research attributes

Use the Context & Content Tagging tool to accurately define the scope of your research.

Utilize macros

Use macros to refresh your report’s elements all at once or individually.

Save

Upload and store your document in RPAS Cloud.

Submit

Submit the document to the Workflow (e.g. for Compliance check, SA review, etc.)
