Furthermore, if you are a media agency, you can give limited reporting access to your advertising clients, providing them with their own usernames and passwords. Flex Report
With the Flex Report, your own customized report designs require a simple, one-time setup. Each design can be given a unique name and then selected from a list when running future reports. Below are some examples of reports that were created with the MMS Flex Report.
Predefined Reports
The predefined reports in MMS are easily created with just a few clicks and offer a wide variety of campaign information.
The Daily Analysis report offers a wide variety of metrics, reported as a daily trend.
The Creative Analysis report offers a wide variety of metrics, broken down by creative.
The Station Analysis report offers a wide variety of metrics, broken down by station.
Accounting Reports
MMS offers a wide variety of accounting reports to show transaction history, payments due to stations, media not yet billed to clients and more.
PI Reports
MMS PI Reports can be sent to clients, to show how much they owe for response activity, or can be sent to stations to show how much they are owed.
Media Schedules
The Media Schedule report shows upcoming media spending by market, station, daypart and other criteria.
Allowable Report
This report visually separates media that exceeds established performance benchmarks from media that falls short of them.
Questionable Spots Report
The Questionable Spots report identifies aired spots that did not generate an acceptable response.
Graphical Reports
The graphical reports in MMS present critical campaign data in an easy to understand graphical output. Below are some examples of the Graphical Reports that are supported.
The pie chart breaks down spending, response or ratings data by market, station, creative or other criteria.
The bar chart shows spending, response or ratings data as a trend over time, and can break the data down by market, station, creative or other criteria.
The line graph shows spending, response, cost per order, ratings and other data as a trend over time, and can break the data down by market, station, creative or other criteria.
