The Compliance Charting System is a service application that creates the disclosure price charts required under NASD Rule 2711.
Features
Flexible Branding
The system creates compliance charts configured to present the detail required under the rule in a form that meets individual company branding needs. This means that the compliance charts show coverage assignment, rating and price target changes relevant to publication dates and then current price values, and that the charts are created on-demand and periodically to meet and exceed disclosure requirements.
Multiple File Format
The application creates charts in various formats to include .txt, .jpg, .bmp, and others for use in various use cases and applications.
RPAS Integration
The application integrates directly with the Research Publishing Automation System (RPAS) to automatically create daily charts for analysts to use in their research. The application is also available as a standalone web based application.
